Nardine Bellew (President / CEO)

Nardine has extensive experience in the window cleaning industry and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts/Boston. She obtained her WBE/DBE Certifications from the states of MA and Rhode Island, holds a 30 hour OSHA Certification and is certified in Adhesive / Epoxy Anchors by Hilti, Inc. Nardine is an active member of the International Window Cleaners Association (IWCA), the Master Window Cleaners of America (MWOA), the Associated General Contractors of MA (AGC), the Associated Sub-Contractors of MA (ASM) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Reg Ranahan (General Manager)

Reg has been in the window cleaning industry for more than 30 years working in and around the city and boasts working knowledge of many of Boston’s most prestigious buildings, all while building an impeccable reputation. He is a trained Rigger, a Hilti Adhesive / Epoxy Anchor Installer and holds both a 10 & 30 hour OSHA certification.

Marty Galner (Director of Sales)

Marty brings 29 years of experience in the window washing industry to GSS along with a BA in Economics from Cornell University. He specializes in total portfolio management which allows busy building managers the ability to concentrate on other difficult areas of Property Management. His expertise is in maintaining and supporting large accounts such as MIT, the Bulfinch Companies, MPM Properties and Boston College to name a few.

Tom Whoriskey (Director of Operations)

Tom heads up the window washing division and has extensive experience in window washing, swing and pipe staging, aerial lifts, Rope Descent Systems (RDS/ Bosun Chair) work, and anchor installation. Tom obtained his High-Rise certification from the IWCA and is certified in operating the “Reachmaster & JLG” brand Aerial Boom Lifts. Tom holds a 10 & 30 hour OSHA card and is a certified Hilti Epoxy Anchor Installer.

Christine Guerriero (Office Manager)

Christine majored in English at UMASS Boston and has used her effective communications skills throughout her career. Beginning at WorldCom, she was both the Customer Service and Human Resources Supervisor to a team of 30 for 8 years until the company’s notorious closing. She added finance and billing implementation to her repertoire while working for WebEx. She brings cohesion, organization, the ability to multi-task and think outside the box to GSS and is very excited to join its family.

Chris Ludwig (Chief Estimator / CAD)

Chris began as in intern while he studied Architecture and Engineering at New England Tech and now brings his fresh concepts to the GSS team. He specializes in CAD and uses state of the art technology to design compliant layouts for anchor placement. His enthusiasm and passion are evident by his willingness to bask in the knowledge of his seasoned colleagues.
